The Markbass artist of this week is Evan Marien!

June 5, 2017, 5:45 a.m.

Known well for his versatility Evan has recorded or performed with a staggering list of names like Jack DeJohnette, Terri Lynn Carrington, Elliot Moss, Justin Brown's NYEUSI, and the late Allan Holdsworth.

Evan is a faculty member at The Collective in NYC, teaching modern music to all instrumentalists.

“I love Markbass!” enthuses Evan. “It’s totally revolutionized my sound. I remember the first time playing through a Markbass amplifier; I went out the next day and ordered my Mini CMD 121P. I consider it the best sounding amp I’ve ever played through. It’s very lightweight and easy to manage. I can’t wait to see what they will come out with next!”
